My mate Rico was on the front of the M.E.N today for this. What the paper have failed to mention was that he said on THREE occasions on the phone and face to face that he wpuld not sell if he believed this was for human consumption..... All the sellers are doing is exploiting a legal loophole until it's made illegal.

Im sure he knows the score as we all do, but if he does it in this way it is legal.

I echo what the poster says above about the difference between drug use and drug misuse

How can this "meow" stuff be any worse than having ten e's a gram of coke and half a bottle of vodka? I know at least 10 people who did that amount every weekend for years and they didn't end up dead. Until I know exactly what those lads took to end up dead hours later I withhold judgement.

Had it a few times (always bombed it), it was alright but having to much of it i think is horrible. There was always a load of it about our student house because we are friends with one of the first guys you started to sell it in the north west. He said it basically the same as mdma but with one chemical change. My mate has made loads of money of it, he said as soon as its illegal he would stop selling or when he hit £125k, that was a year ago and he has carried on selling and now he is close to a million.

Still think the come down of it is pretty bad, i've seen someones tooth fall out because of it.

My missus deals with the fall out from drug taking every day of her working life as a mental health nurse. Ok, some people can take drugs and enjoy the high, and suffer no ill effects whatsoever, and do it again and again.

However, there are people who aren't so lucky.

The strongest evidence links marijuana use and schizophrenia and related disorders. High doses of marijuana can produce an acute psychotic reaction and can trigger the onset of schizophrenia in vulnerable people.

She deals with these unfortunates every day, and young users are often the most vulnerable to problems in later life.

The thing is, there is no test to see if you will be one of the unfortunates who will suffer or if you can lead a life of recreational drug taking without needing the services of people like my wife. By the time you know, its too late.

Who knows what the fall out will be down the line from some of the more 'fashionable' drugs now on the market?

Just to echo the previous poster really - it is a mugs game, People need to realise where their money is going, no not to Jimmy down the street but where this money eventually goes. if you're happy funding the nastiness we all know about if we take off the blinkers then fair enough, keep buying your overpriced cutup a million times coke and all the rest of it.

I've been to many raves over the years and I haven't had the need to pill pop, I can rave all night long and Guarantee i'm usually one of the last ones out of my mates thats still awake and ready to dance... whereas the coked up lunatics are all fast asleep monged out.
Best part is i ain't damaged my health, i've saved money, and i can actually remember what happened... remembering the experiences of the classic raves, the beach partys abroad and the rest of it.

Your drugs are watered down and shit, same with alcohol... its all shit and commercialised pish.
