That hardly ever happens
I take it from that comment you don't use the tram a lot?
I use it every week day.. Maybe the the altrincham/chorlton line is more reliable than others

TBH I hardly ever here of problems on that line but the Eccles one is a nightmare.

Anything would be an improvement on the cak service at the moment. The slightest weather change and it's hello to your hour-long wait.

Tell me the last time you waited an hour for a tram

About 3 weeks ago. Was just under an hour, and had to wait as there isn't a bus that runs from there to where I work.

Seems so, not sure if Media City and all the building work has affected the Eccles line but it's a joke from this side.
Probably because it works on a different operating system (TMS) which all the metrolink will work on in the end :/

Oh right, didn't know that.. Can't wait for that :-)

This is an act of aggression! An act of war against our fair city!

As adequate revenge, I propose that we capture Calais again.

I'd say fuck the French, but they smell like an angry silver-back gorilla already has.

The Met is what it is.

It's a primitive, dare I say expensive, service which is actually quite reliable despite the two MEN stories per year.

Fact is it's not an outright solution to Manchester public transportation. Great cities have expansive underground networks that we just don't have the wealth and or infrastructure for.

The French taking over the running could be a good thing, though due to the move away from Stagecoach it may hinder a unified bus/ tram/ train service which is the best way forward for public transport in this city imo.
