What a debut. So pleased to see him start and a brilliant goal and general performance. A tough place to make your debut but he didn't look bothered at all by by occasion. Spoke really well after the game too. Lovely to see Rico, Micah and Phil all on the pitch tonight.

Off the left I believe.

Pep tends to do that with youngsters at first, not sure why but there’ll be a reason. Foden had time at left back, so did McAtee, Bobb up front, Rico midfield etc.

Plays a lot centrally as an 8/10 too (as well as off the left). So seems pretty versatile which is a big plus.

Haaland's rarely offside though? Haaland's timing is already so good, last season he ranked joint #43 in PL with 8 offsides (by comparison, Salah ranked #4 with 22).
