You can see from his performances that he's taken to Mancini. There's still room for improvement but he looks more focused and has obviously matured. He gets some serious stick for mistakes he has made and in some cases rightfully so, but it's clear he needs support and personally speaking, for a young man, I am willing to give it.
He's still down to earth and seems more than willing to learn and develop which is key. By all accounts Mancini is a great man manager, also willing to bollock when needed, so this should be perfect for players like Micah.
