He's a full back, although when he played right back against the rags, he looked shit scared with the ball at his feet. His composure has gone.

He was wearing his pants round his arse and his bape caps on a slant before he was playing first team football.

And again, Micah has not put on a stone or more of muscle over one summer!!

We've been doing this all season Re:Micahs fatal headed clearance, every time we do clear the ball,we clear it to an opposing player,today Micah headed the ball nicely onto Tysons foot............ we were wank in every department today as I recall,no incisiveness ... our best two players were Kompany and Elano, Kompany was frustrated by some Forest Grit and Elano.... well.He wants to go,don't he?

Just like the rest of us footballers become complacent when they feel comfy in a job, sometimes they need a shake up. This is the one thing I agree with MH on (& Robbie) the culture in our club is all wrong, glorious failure is a major achievement.

There is no easy way to change culture other than to get rid of the old guard; sell them all: Dunne, Richards, Ball, and all the proven non achievers. Were I disagree with MH is it has to be done fast before the old guard poison the new guard. As I said before 11 new players January, make every one fight for their place, or languish in the reserves.

With Ned injured i'd take a high, drunk, immobile sleeping Richards over the complete liability that is Ben Haim... Unfortunately, for me, there is no one who can cover for him whilst he works through this sticky patch... A left footed, left sided centre back is hopefully on our January shopping list.

There's the key word. He didn't get picked for England by mistake. Richards is a high quality player who, like quite a few others, just doesn't seem up for it at the moment.

Unless your injured their is NO reason why you shouldn't be up for it. On a saturday quite a few of the guys I'd play for worked night shifts on the friday, some of them were into there mid 40s and they were always up for it. Its called SELF PRIDE and NOT letting your mates down!!!!!
