I was doing work experience at the City Magazine many years ago and I went with their reporter to Maine Road for an interview with Frank Clark among others and Brown and David Morley were sat next to us giggling like a couple of school girls with the worst bloodshot hangover eyes I have ever seen. Clark was not impressed one bit. When we were interviewing Brown he was saying how good he was at controling games before Frank Clark appeared over his shoulder and said 'If you were that good I'd give you a game'. Browns face was a picture. Grade A prick.

If that woman used to work at John Lewis and her mum is a teacher , then allegedly so.

I don't know anything about his personal life, but I know he was furious at being left out then sold by Royle. Bearing in mind we were in division 3 and he has spent the majority of his career in the top flight, maybe he was right.
