The director of the film Parasite Bong Joon-ho has a new film, 'Mickey 17'. (Haven't seen it yet, but heard it was good.) It was adapted from a novel called 'Mickey 7'. Why the change to '17'? Among other reasons, here is confirmation that it's because of KDB's number.
Korean-language video (turn on English subtitles, which are not the best but do the job):
The Koreans have their own nickname for KDB, 'Kim Deok-bae', by the way. Sometimes they call him 'De Bruyne' and sometimes 'Deok-bae'.
As for Bong, you can strike him from the list of famous City fans — he later mentions that he supports Spurs because of Son. Apparently there is also a character in the new movie called 'Timo' who is a bit of a charlatan, inspired by the misfiring Timo Werner.
Hope this is in the right forum — perhaps it might be better in the general football forum?
