Middle East Conflict | Netanyahu orders strikes on Gaza (p1161)

Israel says it will retaliate with severe force after Iran apparently fired missiles after the agreement of a ceasefire.
"Apparently". Hmmmmn

Iran has nothing to gain from breaking the ceasefire, whereas Israel has no motivation to stop. I rest my case.

Haha and as usual Israel will just do what Israel do, US will back them and now blame Iran saying they have evidence they broke the ceasefire, its like fucking clockwork.
Yep. Why on earth would Iran break the ceasefire. It makes zero sense and Netanyahu demonstrates yet again that he thinks we are all idiots and that he will do what the fuck he likes.

Reading further in this thread I appear to have grossly understated the levels of hatred borne by some on here.

It is clearly not restricted to the UK, but for some Europe and the Christian west as well.

My apologies to any posters that felt I had understated their breadth of feelings
Absolutely. Many people just enjoy hating too much, pathetic as it may be, it gives their life a purpose. Why people living in the West hate the West I don't know but you are right some people will instantly take a kneejerk position that is anti west. Strange.

Maybe I've just been lucky because I haven't met anyone in real life that has the hatred for the UK and the West as the majority on here.
I don’t think anyone on here hates the uk or the west. They’re just not scared to call out when people, governments etc are being cunts. Which, personally, I think is fair enough.

We are a great country in many ways, but we also have major flaws and it’s ok to recognise and call it out.

Blind patriotism, best country in the world and all that bollocks works for some I guess…

Anyway, back on track…

What's with all this "Posters hate the West" from the Israeli apologist.

If calling the American Government complicit in mass murder of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians or the UK Government's continued support of Israels Genocide makes me a West hating ****, make me a badge of that and I'll proudly wear it.

Your Propaganda bollocks isn't going to work on here.

On CNN they were saying that terms had been agreed by both. Iran were bound by the terms srraight away but Israel had several hours before their commitment kicked in.

l found that a bit weird, and I couldn't see Iran agreeing to that.

I agree with your last sentence 100% but I don’t agree that political leaders are all the same. Some cultures value life more than others. And that trickles down. The difference in quality as a human being between the Scandinavian and Russian leaders is both stark and telling.

Think Starmer and Sunak for all their manifest faults (boring ****, rat-faced ****) are relatively benign individuals. You could not say that about Truss or Johnson. Who are both cunts.

Especially Liz Truss.
Maybe i was a bit flippant in saying all of them, but the vast majority are just cunts that live in their own bubble. Sunak and Starmer are among the worst imo, on the face of things they show themselves to be one thing but the underbelly is just corruption and in the end it all boils down to the same thing, money and power. I don't trust any of the people in power, tbfh.

With all this talk of regime change, I was wondering where it could help most.

Regime change in the US, not really as whoever the president is, war will ensue, it always has. And support for Israel is unwavering.

Iran, maybe a better option, but whoever takes over will still be faced with the same problems
i.e a hostile western presence in the area.

Obviously the best place for regime change is Israel if we could guarantee a more sensible government took over.
