It's not climate change driving the current migration, it's people wanting a better life and it's being enabled by everyone having a mobile phone and some being able to tell others how to get it.

In an ideal world yes but it’s not going to happen for many reasons, why bother chasing something that is out of the question

It has to be a two state solution or it continues like it is

So people from the global south which had been ravaged by centuries of colonialism, war and now a climate crisis aren't entitled to a better life and we in the west aren't entitled to offer it to them. Wow.

How would it work though? You have a large minority on both sides who absolutely despise each other. To the level they would quite happily kill each other

Over the last month I have learnt quite a lot about the region and its confilcts and the anger and violence committed against Israel. But this below keeps cropping up, it isnt a made up graphic, this is real. And Israel need to be stopped. This is the cause of all the shite that Israel are getting, and I dont even see this as an example of the current regime, this has been going on for decades...

How do they expect their enemy to react when they are taking their land away from them (When protests and asking Israel to give them back havent worked).

It’s a great article, especially about the blood curdling language, but that’s what happens when you have extremists in government

Despite all Israel’s military might the operation has been a strategic disaster with little forward planning apart from death and destruction, and stated aim of destroying Hamas is impossible to achieve without even more mass slaughter, if they don’t get out of there soon they will be stuck there in a long and bloody insurrection

Perhaps the forthcoming ceasefire will enable cooler heads to come to the fore, and hopefully the Americans can get off their backsides and force the parties to the peace table

30 years ago did you see City winning the Champions League?

Reality could be that after enough violence European and some American jews realise Israel is not the dream they are being sold and head back West. If that happens there will be no Jewish state left. The current nasty regime are halfway there already.

It’s a propaganda piece full of inaccuracies using the distorted testimony of one woman. It’s part of the effort to rewrite history to pretend Hamas aren’t that bad and only killed a few people and were nice to everyone else.
