They're supposed to use shielded trucks to move Uranium, and certainly enriched Uranium would be under armed guard too. From what I've read only dump trucks were seen, probably reinforcing the facility with sand etc.No idea what evidence would be. perhaps if the US could get on the same page and not be telling the world with one hand there is no evidence and then with the other bombing saying there is evidence might be a good start.
Also the idea they have no program anymore might be inaccurate seeing as there was so much telegraphing of the attack they managed to move at least 16 trucks worth of stuff out of the base before it was hit.
Best case they were moving centrifuges. worst case moving enriched nuclear material that could be used in a dirty bomb at least.
It's unlikely that Uranium was present but then who knows where it is now.
Iran are now attacking US bases in Qatar too. It's a bit of an excessive reaction to losing a few peaceful nuclear sites?
