Middle East Conflict | Netanyahu orders strikes on Gaza (p1161)

All very true but i’ve not read much about similar shite happening to Russians. The double standards runs all the way through this abomination
The Russians are fighting against Ukraine who are getting major military support from NATO.

Israel probably are better equipped than anyone in the world bar, the US, China, Russia and a few others.

The Palestinians are armed with virtually nothing. So it these situations are not the same.

I was reading a UK medic who has been working out there at 2 UK funded hospital. They have treated 500,000 injured. Let that sink in.

Think you missed my point mate. I agree with your take on it.

No - the reason you are losing the propaganda war is because you are talking bollocks to try and distract from your actual genocide of women and kids - sadly you have endangered the life of every Jew on the planet by your unjustifiable actions

The tide is turning.
Support for Israel, even among traditional supporters, is dropping like a stone, and resentment is rising.
The deflective shouts of antisemite are not believed any longer.
Expect to see visual support for Palestine in global stadia once the season begins.
8bn global consumers have enormous power. Once they stop buying Israeli products and US brands, the house of cards falls.

I cant quite see it, but one side of the south stand chanting Palestine and the other chanting Action would be an interesting test case for a terrorism charge.

“The families of journalists Anas Al-Sharif and Mohammed Qureiqa bid them a final farewell after they were assassinated by the Israeli army in a strike on a press tent at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, a horrific massacre that killed six journalists”

The IDF are about to take over Gaza city, they don’t want independent journalists to convey/communicate the horror yet to unfold in Gaza.

Six murdered in a tent is a war crime, it’s easy to describe killing them as Hamas terrorists but what has happened to the normal process of law innocent until proven guilty.?

Just checking.... taking Gaza and the West Bank occupation together, is anyone here still defending Israel?

Jeremy Bowen for the BBC seems to have given up any pretence of trying to be balanced.
Was watching last night when the news broke of the murdered journalist. You could tell Bowen was visibly fucked off and shocked as he was finding out what had happened

Anas with his daughter

“This is my will and my final message. If these words reach you, know that Israel has succeeded in killing me and silencing my voice. First, peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings.Allah knows I gave every effort and all my strength to be a support and a voice for my people, ever since I opened my eyes to life in the alleys and streets of the Jabalia refugee camp.
My hope was that Allah would extend my life so I could return with my family and loved ones to our original town of occupied Asqalan (Al-Majdal). But Allah’s will came first, and His decree is final.

I have lived through pain in all its details, tasted suffering and loss many times, yet I never once hesitated to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification—so that Allah may bear witness against those who stayed silent, those who accepted our killing, those who choked our breath, and whose hearts were unmoved by the scattered remains of our children and women, doing nothing to stop the massacre that our people have faced for more than a year and a half.
I entrust you with Palestine—the jewel in the crown of the Muslim world, the heartbeat of every free person in this world. I entrust you with its people, with its wronged and innocent children who never had the time to dream or live in safety and peace. Their pure bodies were crushed under thousands of tons of Israeli bombs and missiles, torn apart and scattered across the walls.I urge you not to let chains silence you, nor borders restrain you.

Be bridges toward the liberation of the land and its people, until the sun of dignity and freedom rises over our stolen homeland. I entrust you to take care of my family. I entrust you with my beloved daughter Sham, the light of my eyes, whom I never got the chance to watch grow up as I had dreamed.I entrust you with my dear son Salah, whom I had wished to support and accompany through life until he grew strong enough to carry my burden and continue the mission.I entrust you with my beloved mother, whose blessed prayers brought me to where I am, whose supplications were my fortress and whose light guided my path.

I pray that Allah grants her strength and rewards her on my behalf with the best of rewards.I also entrust you with my lifelong companion, my beloved wife, Umm Salah (Bayan), from whom the war separated me for many long days and months. Yet she remained faithful to our bond, steadfast as the trunk of an olive tree that does not bend—patient, trusting in Allah, and carrying the responsibility in my absence with all her strength and faith.I urge you to stand by them, to be their support after Allah Almighty.

If I die, I die steadfast upon my principles. I testify before Allah that I am content with His decree, certain of meeting Him, and assured that what is with Allah is better and everlasting.O Allah, accept me among the martyrs, forgive my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family. Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me with mercy, for I kept my promise and never changed or betrayed it.Do not forget Gaza… And do not forget me in your sincere prayers for forgiveness and acceptance.
Anas Jamal Al-Sharif06.04.2025This is what our beloved Anas requested to be published upon his martyrdom

This was the message the journalist left for everyone and his family he knew they would get him. Heartbreaking for his wife and children Rest in Peace Anas. :(

Fucking heartbreaking. Im honestly lost for words that a supposed civilised country like Israel in 2025 can get away with mass extermination backed by the West, terrorist bastards. Makes me feel sick that we are complicit in this, they are just people, exactly the same as us, this is going breed a level of hatred for a race of people that hasn't been seen since WW2.

I agree and you can tell from his awards etc that he is a reporter of huge courage and integrity.
But there simply is no balance and to pretend otherwise is fuelling the genocide and enabling us to look away.
There never has been a balance since 1948. We all condemn the atrocity of October 23 but Hamas do not speak for the Palestinian people - nobody can because Israel and the US won't allow it.

I’ve just watched this clip. Why does he think Ireland is anti-Semitic? Seeing how pro-Palestine we are, we’re not anti-semitic. Despite anti-semitic being a term used to describe anti-judaism nowadays, Ireland is in no way anti-judaism. It’s anti-zionism as we know how it is to be in a similar situation to Palestine, with the Black and Tans, Great Famine, plantations and more. Also, why would a country that got independence a year before WWII’s start get involved in a world war when they couldn’t even afford new post boxes. I’d like to think a lawyer would research his arguments.
