It's hard to think anyone could be worse than what Biden is, ( Monster ) I hope everyone of those thousands of kids blown up haunts the **** until his last breath.

That's very selective. It's in the context of half an hour taking questions about hostages, restricting arms to Israel, the desperate situation in Gaza, and Labour reinstating funding to UNRWA, getting Israel not to block UNRWA (including in the West Bank and Jerusalem), and policy toward settlements and potential Israeli annexation ("There can be no room for annexation, which would be illegal"), whether he'd enforce arrest warrants and still negotiate with an alleged war criminal, and sanctions against settler violence.
See 16.48.55 for the "no journalists in Gaza" context, nor are there (western) politicians.

Whether the guy they identified was or was not in Hamas however if they have the proof take him out - just him. To attack a car indiscriminately and kill 4 other civilians is beyond the rules of war - to take out an enemy combatant in a way that makes no attempt to prevent or minimise innocent civilians is a war crime - just another to add to the list
