It’s disgusting that the world is happy to facilitate and watch mass genocide.

I am not supporting Hamas by disagreeing with Israel’s approach. The poor and disheartened will perish as normal with thunderous applause.
16 years Palestinians have been treated like shit. Hamas carried out an atrocious act with unspeakable violence and should be condoned. Human leaders have failed. Nothing has been learned from past conflict. Only through dialogue will peace survive but only if both sides go into the talks on an equal footing.
It really is a sad state of affairs.

The problem is that it could equally be Hamas, who ordered them not to leave, as Israel.

thats the point. Hamas has told people not to leave. It’s entirely possible this was Hamas hitting them for leaving.They’ve left (or were leaving) PB according to the BBC website.

Do you have links to show it was Israel? All I’ve read is a missile hit there vehicle.
For me at this point, keeping an open mind it’s 50/50 on who did it.

They were on one of the two routes out towards the south, and if Hamas have been ordering people not to leave it would be more logical for it to be them bombing the convoy to scare people into staying put. There is likely to be satellite or drone coverage that should have been able to track the trajectory and the source of the missile but even if that is made public, people on one side or the other will call it fake.They’ve left (or were leaving) PB according to the BBC website.

You don't know that either so it is equal deflection. There is huge amount of precedent for Palestinians to be blown up by Hamas bombs, grenades, rockets and gunfire. I'm not saying it was Hamas, I'm not saying Israel haven't. What I'm saying is it is not so clear cut that anyone can make such a statement of blame at this point.Deflection mate. In terms of international law you can’t declare war against a political party or organisation, only a state.
So I’m not sure either is correct, it should be Israeli-Palestine war.
But then people don’t want to drag the Weet Bank into it.
I'm not sure you can declare war on a state that you are occupying (in the international law sense), either.
Doesn't really matter of course, crimes against humanity and war crimes are just that whatever you call the conflict.
