It's not a midlife crisis mate, it's reality for all ages. Some people see it. Others don't. Some prefer to bury their heads in the sand, others choose to look after number one. Th problem is inequality and the wealth divide, I'm scared to have kids because I really worry how bad the world will be in the future. It's shit basically.

The problem is when nations say they have foreign policies which are illegal to begin with, no state should threaten another with political or economic threats for doing what they want ( e.g. Obama said some WTF stuff to the UK over Brexit)

Africa , Asia and Latin America need mass investment to change their lifestyles so they live at our standards. They need proper infrastructure and development.

Instead we bury our heads while the super powers make Trillions annually creating war zones and making what I call BLOOD TAX DOLLARS...... Everything that is wrong in this world comes down to them.

Refugees in Europe because of Asian and African exploits. Weapons need banning and companies need to be held accountable for millions dieing and being made homeless/nationless. The OP is not alone in his thoughts.

I always had the midlife crisis down as someone turning 40yrs old... But I'm 31 and feeling the same way.

Just broke up from a Long relationship.
Only fucking reason I started working again was to get money to get my own place with this chick and now she doesn't want a relationship with me, just a friendship :/

Disillusioned right now.
Not enjoying anything and don't see the fucking point anymore.

Dont be silly. Your major mistakes here have been
1. making life plans based around a female, and
2. getting upset and not thinking clearly based on a female.
I'm not anti-ladies and not anti-relationships (although I like being single personally). But you cannot base things around a lady, you need to get things right for yourself first and then ladies will follow. And if they then leave, you still have a solid foundation for yourself. You arent thinking clearly, and have been what is medically and psychologically known as 'cuntstruck'. You need to get a grip here and start being yourself.
