Might Jack Grealish play for City again?

Wonder what he thinks about Villa’s success. I certainly don’t think he regrets for a minute coming to City, but part of him must wonder what would have happened if he had stayed at Villa, given he’s now, theoretically at least, at his peak.

Think there’s far more chance of Jack going back to Villa, than there is of him coming back to City. The Villa fans would be (at best) lukewarm to the suggestion if you asked them, but like all football supporters they are fickle. Think they would relent quite easily, I reckon. It’s all about the equilibrium of the dressing room, I suppose. Emery might be cautious to disrupt that, but think it otherwise would make sense. He certainly wouldn’t be quite the same big fish in a small pond in that dressing room so maybe it could work.

Thinking about it, might be a bit risky tbf. Although there’s still more chance of him going back to Villa than there is of him ever playing for City again!

I wouldn't believe the Sun but I know for a fact that Jack has had major issues with the booze. That's why he was sent out on loan by City. I won't slag him because he was a key part of the treble team. There are so many star footballers who end up struggling with their demons. Jack isn't the first and won't be the last.
I heard a couple of years ago that jack used to get shitfaced in San Carlo in Alderley Edge

My own Super Hero Dunnie Monster had problems and got sorted out. So who is to say Jack won’t?
Not that I would believe anything from The Sun rag. If they said today was Saturday I would have to check on my calendar!
If Jack is as bad as that lot are trying to make out someone at Everton, or even City as he is still our player out on loan, would have carpeted him or fined him or suspended him by now.
Leave the lad alone and let him get himself sorted. JMHO
Realistically the wake up call should have come when he was shown the door at City. If he's 31 next year he's missed the boat and the damage to his body has been done. Given this latest escapade the chances of him being bought by Everton are zero. Whilst I praised him for his recent visit to a school to be seen staggering out of a strip club shows a total disregard for the feelings of his partner and his child.

Villas wage bill cripples their ability to spend as it is, i think looking at bringing in one of the highest paid players in the league, even if it was for peanuts or free, would be the last thing they'd be thinking of doing.

I also think it supplies them with a convenient stumbling block, they can tell Jack they'd love to have him back but they can't make the finances work to mask over the issue of him not being good enough to make their best 11.
