Milners Fitness!

I actually7 think Milner might be Invincible like Highlander. He will still be alive in 100 years time and everyone will wonder what the fuck is going on. Hero of mine as he reminds me of the player i was when i played

He's a fitness freak off the pitch which is probably why he has so much energy and stamina. I reckon Milner is one of those we could start nearly every game without him needing much of a rest.

He should get Nasri to join him, looked unfit to me although he may be carrying a knock?

City's answer to DDR.
Not really. They just both have bags of stamina.

Milner is a "jack of all trades, master of none,
Certainly better than a master of one."
Well he is imo, can tackle/run/pass/cross and score great goals like v Villa. Not reached the level european and international but he still has time.

this. camera man ive been working with the last week said he done some filming with him for some sort of sports fitness programme, said he really really knows his stuff.

He's a machine. loved that assist. If you watch, he immediately falls in a heap, he meant it that much. im not sure he knew quite what he made of it all when he moved here, as if he was a little cynical of city and he'd moved because his agent had told him he must. (correct me if im wrong, Jim). Anyway, an absolute revelation this season and i think he's growing to like it at city. i hope capello is paying attention

"James insists England manager Capello has made the right decision to ensure that England's base for the Euros is in Krakow — rather than in the middle of nowhere like Rustenburg in South Africa.

He said: "It was like a prison. James Milner is the most professional player I have come across and he could have lasted there for six months.....[David James words]

Milner has proved this season that he is essential to our title challenge. Not the typical headline act but he gets the job. Milner, Barry and Lescott are our unsung heroes.
