De Rossi And Pedro?

Would be too much of a dream come true to land them both. My guess is Martinez in Spain, and a striker in Italy. Ibra, Cavani... don't think any of those are for sale though.

Admittedly this may be slightly vague, however i'm excited as i have genuine news. I can tell you for a fact that City are waiting for the sale of Adebayor (which is very close) to trigger a signing. However the interesting news I can 100% confirm is that Brian Marwood has flown to Italy and Spain numerous times within the last two weeks.

Don't know what you want to make of that, but i can assure it's 100% genuine and im certainly not a wum.

Not much i know, but thought you might be interested

Italy = Cavani
Spain = dont know.
Italy = sorrento
Spain = Marbella

Hope its Martinez but wasnt it said that our people had been flying out to Spain to negotiate Silvas new contract?

Thats what I reckon, as for Italy, Mancini having signed his new contract with more authority is already exercising it by demanding fresh made pizzas, so Brian how do you like you new role working for pizza express? :-)

Hopefully de Rossi.

I follow an Italian journo on twitter and she was adamant the other day when I asked her about DDR.she said Roma wouldn't sell him.

Thanks for posting blue.

We must spend a fortune on flights trying to broker deals, don't think I've ever heard anyone post about other teams negotiators flying to England to have talks with us. It's always Marwood flying out for talks for out goings and in comings !

Cheers for the info but Tolmie and Danamy have already posted everything you just said within the last week.

Not trying to be a smart arse mate, but can you try a comma or two, that was hard reading.

Or they could use a phone or video conference until it gets to the nitty gritty!

Carbon foot print and finacail fair play! I do it for a job where do I apply!

Dont understand why the sale of adebayour a player who is not in the 25 and will never play for City will trigger anything - we went in for Hazard regardless

I can understand why the sale of an existing first team regula would trigger a signing but not a player whom is not

Smells of bollocks to me

Pretty sure if Adebayor was still to be here 2013-2014 season (which I think is his last year of his contract) then his wages will count against us with regards to FFP. It is just this coming season that the wage exclusion is.

Do Rossi I think is very much attainable, but Pedro.... IF he was available we should break the bank for this lad. He'd be amazing for us, being equally adept on either wing, very lethal finisher with both feet and has a enormous engine capacity.

But I still think he's about as gettable as Iniesta. Very little that is...

De Rossi attainable? That boat sailed a couple of months ago when he signed a new contract.

There's something in the papers this morning that Van Persie would only sign for us if Ade is no longer with us, he hates him with passion for stamping on his face.
