Dont understand why the sale of adebayour a player who is not in the 25 and will never play for City will trigger anything - we went in for Hazard regardless

I can understand why the sale of an existing first team regula would trigger a signing but not a player whom is not

Smells of bollocks to me

yep bollocks, as well as regurgitation of what has already been said in here any times by others

There's something in the papers this morning that Van Persie would only sign for us if Ade is no longer with us, he hates him with passion for stamping on his face.

Easy solution

"Bye bye Ade"

Think them 2 are the most realalistic de rossi intrested in prmeier league Pedros gonna be under pressure with vila back tello coming through

Do Rossi I think is very much attainable, but Pedro.... IF he was available we should break the bank for this lad. He'd be amazing for us, being equally adept on either wing, very lethal finisher with both feet and has a enormous engine capacity.

But I still think he's about as gettable as Iniesta. Very little that is...

De Rossi attainable? That boat sailed a couple of months ago when he signed a new contract.

I don't think so. His comments during the Euros made me think he's still very much interested in coming to the PL.

agreed, but i do think its now or never and with bobby signingh a long term contract then hopefully that shows to ddr that a manager who he knows will be at city for the long haul!

Yes, that's my take on it as well. If DDR moves to the PL surely the only plausible destination is Man City.

in a dream world you would hope for martinez and cavani...

This ! but that would mean the sale of 1 striker out of 'our 4'.

Ade to leave permanently for Spurs shortly.

Thanks for posting blue.

We must spend a fortune on flights trying to broker deals, don't think I've ever heard anyone post about other teams negotiators flying to England to have talks with us. It's always Marwood flying out for talks for out goings and in comings !
Marwood is a complete muppet, qpr here I come...watch this space

Move over Marwood - Butch (Richards) and the Sundance Kid (big Matt) are on their way to Italia....bit like one of Clint's spaghetti westerns - look out DDR they're coming to round you up!

Unfortunately I suck at negotiating prices... My stance is pretty much to pay whatever the seller is asking for, just to get it done with.
I think I would be better off at Chelsea. :)
Butch Richards to do the talking then. I'll just stand in the background looking pissed off and dangerous.

Good! - Settled then.
I have my own business as well, but luckily it doesn't involve discussing/negotiating fees. Customers pay what I tell them to pay, and that's that.

Does anyone know if Marewood is held in high regard by our owner and chairman?

I'm sure he is but the fact that he signed a new contract (more than likely lucrative) at his age kind of makes the situation extremely difficult financially.
