Mobile Pass

Any help much appreciated. I’ve bought my son a ticket for today . Normally I can select my email address to download his ticket to my wallet . The only option is mobile pass. I’ve purchased the ticket but I’ve had no email to download . Where is it ? His ticket is obviously linked to my details such as email address and mobile phone number

Have you checked your Google or Apple Wallet?

They normally just upload your mobile pass, They don't email the ticket for download anymore unless you request it via am email to the club.

When I get tickets for me an my daughter, My daughter has her own mobile pass downloaded onto her phone.

Does your son have his own supporter number?
If yes, Maybe the best thing to do is set up an account with MCFC and use his supporter number, Once you've an account set up you can install his mobile pass on another device?

It’s not in my junk . You can see the ticket purchased via my account . When I select it add to mobile is greyed out .

Cheers . For the Brentford game they emailed me like last season but that option has gone now. He has his own supporter number and I’ve bought it via my account . I would assume it would automatically go into my wallet but it’s not appeared

Nothing easy these days with tickets unfortunately, It's a shambles most weeks.

I had to queue up twice at the ticket office before games this season to get sorted, Maybe that's your best bet get their early to beat the queue.

Cheers everyone . I’ve eventually found it. It was under membership on his ticketing account and you download via that. Nothings easy these days I thought it would be under ticketing account
