Mobile Phone help

Hi all

Maybe a long shot but can anyone help me with my Phone?

The volume buttons on the side of it have stopped working and I can't hear anything when I make a call, I have tried messing with the settings etc and it hasn't helped, It's no good Phoning T Mobile as I won't be able to hear them (and they will only say remove the sim and reboot, which I have done).

It's a Nokia C5-03.

Send whoever you need to talk to a text first asking them to shout when you call them.
