Moenchengladbach tickets on sale

Oh they want the kids again do they ?
£36 v liverpool

They don't have to give kids cheap tickets. End of the day it's a seat in the ground, it takes up the same space whether it's an adult in it or a kid. Be thankful for the times they do offer kids tickets for a few quid rather than moaning at not getting a generous offer like that every game.

We have absolutely no price structure at city ,its made up as we go along ,how do you justify £72 for two 5+ year olds for Liverpool and £2 for 2 5+ for crystal palace ?
Keeping the prices consistent is the way to build the next generation of fans up ,even if its £15 a game people would know where they stood and work round it

It's simple. Demand and supply. Liverpool sells out weeks in advance. Palace would never sell out.

because its Liverpool in the prem, not palace in league cup, more people will want to see Liverpool I'm afraid, be glad it aint 36 for hull in next game. I have said it before, people will say why £40 instead of £30 for a league game, then if it was £30 people will say why not £20, CITY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY

Add to that vs Liverpool we only have to sell around 10,000 tickets as there's what? 40,000 sc holders? Palace, Hull, Monchenglabach et al we need to sell what 40,000 seats? Not sure how many are on the cup schemes? 1 in 4 perhaps?

Take into account time and day of games too, I'm assuming a movie ticket is cheaper 'off peak'. I see CL, cup games as off peak, weekend league games as peak.

Kids ticket prices on the scheme of things make absolutely no difference to city.
I understand supply and demand but do kids ? Come and watch the so called shit teams but forget seeing a big team as dad carnt afford to take you.
Most other teams publish their prices per season for each category game ,city just make it up ,an example of this the other season when they tried to charge cat a prices for cat c games when we had a chance of winning the league, the 4 game season ticket.

Think that's absolute garbage to be honest. Flexibility is a good thing, not bad IMO

Get what you're saying mate but those prices are easily in line with the rest of the league. It's a football problem more than a City problem. City have to make money, they're not a charity, they'll charge the going rate and as said, it's supply and demand. I happen to think we're very lucky, the price we pay for the football we watch is unrivalled in this country. They could charge those Liverpool prices for every game but instead they offer cheap seats for less favourable games. Be happy for the cheap games and take advantage of them.

Don't think I've ever seen £36 for a 5 year old anywhere ?
Feel strongly about kids pricing if we price them out we are in trouble.
We couldn't charge a 5 year old £36 for stoke or Bournemouth.
Just think on kids league tickets come up with a figure and stick to it build your future fan base up .
The daft thing is the kids s/c have got to be the best deal going in football

If you only go twice a season, why are you moaning?

Same old argument coming up on here again. Feel like going round in circles most of the time.

The club should be applauded for offering tickets cheap for kids and adults for this game.

Supply and demand. I agree with your principle mate, Categorising games stinks. Why should fans of successful clubs be penalised for supporting a successful team? It's one of the worst things in football but nobody in authority seems to be bothered by it. It's a country wide football problem and can't be tackled by one club alone. If we abolish category pricing, we're only going to be shooting ourselves in the foot. We have to make as much money as possible, FFP has seen to that.

I think City do everything they can to help the fans with pricing and should be praised for the cheap ticket offers. You mention yourself at the end, we've got season tickets for starting them young. Aren't they about £100? I don't know your situation but can you not get one of them? That's the price of a league cup game per league match, includes all the big matches and can be spread over the year with direct debit. Even if you miss a few games during the season it's still excellent value. I'm speaking from a slightly biased view point here as a season ticket holder but i'd much rather see higher match day prices to supplement cheaper season tickets

Chelsea - concession matchday prices only available in one of the four stands for PL games - adult prices only elsewhere. (from £56 elsewhere for top category)

Arsenal - concessions only available in the Family Stand for PL games. (from £64 elsewhere for top category)

Liverpool - Junior prices only within Family area for PL games (from £46 elsewhere for top category)

Aways fans get concession prices at these clubs as it's probably a PL rule. I didn't bother checking any more.
