I've mates more deserving than you (imho), who've had to give up going because of the prices, and I feel their pain regularly, yet none of them moan about not getting a ticket for the shithole in trafford, and blaming City. They still support the club, they don't say crap like "shitting on the core support", they have to watch us in their local pubs, on snide TV, attending the odd game when someone can't go, using their tickets. Of course they don't like that they can't afford it any more, but they don't moan like you do, they accept that to have one of the best teams in the world costs money, and that when the chance comes to be part of it, they'll love it like they always did.

Anyway this thread has been hijacked, by both of us, and was meant to be about the great prices for a champions league game, a game that could decide if we top a champions league group for the first time, at £20 - "shitting on the core support" it isn't ;o)

If your mates complained about being priced out, would you speak to them the way you have to me in this thread? Anyway, we've done this to death now, so why not post something about the great prices for the final CL match, possibly one of our biggest so far ?

Personally I'm more than happy with my season ticket price(£650 platinum) and can't remember being happier following City.
Each to their own I suppose.

I can't quite understand how some people are unhappy with the price of these tickets.

This could be the game that gets us 1st in the group. Possibly our biggest CL game yet.

The club should be applauded for its pricing.

City charging less for a CL game (that could see us top the group) than other clubs do for a league game.

Not every game will be cheap but the club do at least incentivise the cup games. It's a shame that the fans that can't always afford the league games don't pack out the cup games.
