Monaco away

Yea we went to bar close to border
2017 it was dry, we went to villefranche sur mer (if I remember correctly) then just short trip to Monaco
In 2017 I think Monaco was dry after 2pm. We had a couple of drinks near the harbour at lunchtime then went to Villefrenche. Lovely place few bars and places to eat. Would highly recommend. It's on the main train line from Nice to Monaco.

We went from Marseille but that town looked amazing. Will definitely go there for a wander.

Next town along, Beaulieu sur Mer is well worth a visit. Very tranquil, there’s a coastal path called David Niven Walk that joins Beaulieu to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. It’s named after the actor who had a villa there. The walk takes you past it.
I’ll be there in November.

Just had a Quick Look on the Monaco website at the Neutral Zone tickets - just curious :0)

1no . Available @ €109
Next Available @ €179 - 43 left

Home Fan sections still tickets available,
But not recommended for City Fans, maybe other checks carried out on overseas purchases??

I think Monaco was in fact dry but a 5 minutes walk to "france" and you were ok
No, the cops and the club told everyone Monaco was dry.
That was to try and keep you out of the place.
I was the one that suggested to @StevieAsk that we should break the cop cordon, after all, the cops couldn't leg it after us leaving hundreds of blues free to walk off :-)
The bar owner told me he was losing a load of money as Blues had stayed away thinking it was dry.

A lot of bars were definitely closed we got into one but required a secret knock and a password ( joking ) it was breaking the law
