1) Fergiescum never danced in the dugout in the semi-final. He danced when they won the league at our ground years before that, during Sven's time.

2) Our last game against the rags at wembley was the community shield.

3) We will play them 4-5 times every season from now on. Get used to it, every NEXT one will be the biggest derby evoh.

they never won the league at our place, they beat us 1-0 in Stuart Pearces reign Ronaldo scored penalty for them,Vassell missed one for us which meant anything other than a Chelsea victory at Arsenal the following day meant they won the title & as for the jig he did that when Michael Owen got that winner

I will always remember the day before the Giovanni 1-0 win. I drove up to Manchester after a holiday in Cornwall. We stopped a couple of times at the services and I read what Baconface said about our club. 'Little club, and always will be.' 'Not an important game for them but our cup final'. Everything he said about our club showed he had no respect for us or our club. His open hatred was there for all to see. I was really shocked at the tone of what he had said and livid driving back home.

I remember thinking that I would give my right arm to beat his team the next day and we did.

In my opinion no single individual has done more to cause bad feeling and hatred between our two sets of fans. He clearly doesn't care who he upsets or causes offence to. He is a bully and we all know that bullies get done one day. I think that day is just around the corner.

Spot on post. He's completely the opposite to Busby who always showed us, and other clubs for that matter, the greatest of respect. Let's face it, during part of Busby's era we were in a pretty bad shape whilst they were having a good deal of success.

Unfortunately Ferguson seems to be the type of person who hasn't handled success very well. The more he's had, the more arrogant he's become.

I think you are quite correct in your assessment re: the bad blood. There was always rivalry (and quite often fights !) between fans during the Busby era.
It was nothing like the hatred that exists in some quarters now. A great deal of this is down to one man.

Hopefully the schoolyard bully will get his come-uppance on Monday, and finally again on the 13th May.
