More Ticket Office incompetence.

Tried to log in to the city ticket website.

It said 'your password is incorrect'.

Said it would email me my password. I entered my email address. Got the email. The password wasn't there as promised. Instead I was told to click on the link to go to a password reset page. Reset my password.

Tried to log in with my new password.

It said 'your password is incorrect'!

What a dreadful service by a bunch of amateurs.

Having the exact same problem with the missus season card, trying to log in and getting the incorrect password message. Try emailing password, still no email, absolute bobbins.

Which browser do you use? Happens with our website sometimes when people are using Firefox.......stange but true. If I have someone having a password problem I tell them to try using Internet Explorer and they can usually log in...weird. Worth a try

i dont know how the on line shit works but the ticket office are anything but "amateurs.

Your password if you have never set it before is your post code in capitals with no spaces.

Try that.

After being on the phone to City for nearly an hour, and waiting for the supervisor to come to the phone the system suddenly decided to accept my password on the 5th reset attempt.

Then a City computer person came to the phone. He told me that the website has had problems and they are addressing them.

The only thing City's ticket office have got right is politeness. They do it well. Pity they don't do good service too.

I've logged on few times just to make sure things are still working and I find that my loyalty points show either 0 or 3560.

When I try to buy my ticket for Wembley I'll just have to hope the system is in 3560 mode won't I?

the ticket office is generally hit-and-miss.

phoned them tuesday to book a seat for the kyiv game. was told that my seat was gone (east stand 210) and that there was only one single seat in the SS and one single seat on the other side of ES level two.

took the east stand ticket but, knowing their lack of consistency, phoned back five minutes later and asked if there was any available seats in ES/SS corner. guy said there was hundreds and didn't know why i was told otherwise moments earlier.

conclusion: there's a basic lack of transparency with the ticket office, which i think has a genuine impact on whether people bother to ring up for tickets for the next game.

Ever since it kept coming up that me & the lad had no loyalty points. I have always given them a ring. Or if in the area called in. Can only say for myself that they have always been more than helpful. Only thing wrong is when I am buying tickets for other people. They won't put the loyalty points on top of mine.
