The manner rather than the fact of our defeat at Chelsea invites questions about Mark Hughes vulnerability. His inability to motivate the players he picks is painfully obvious. You might ask what his options on Sunday were but surely Robinho needed to be rested and Garrido brought in to strengthen the left side of midfield. The next 4 matches are key to his survival after the end of the season IMO.

robinho clearly wasnt match fit, and then he picked up an injury again and was left on for another 20mins to hobble about whilst elano who was working his nuts off get subbed. Priceless.

I can only think that there is something in the contract of Robinho stating that if "he" feels he is fit then he plays.

agreed. Its just getting ridiculous on here now. Didnt expect anything from chelsea game infact I thought 1-0 wasnt a bad result, expected it to be a lot more. No point getting rid of the manager before the end of the season so lets get behind him and the team and not have expectations beyond what we are capable of.

I think you might have something their, used to be called a Klinsman as he insisted it was in his contract that if he was fit he had to play
