A CNN reporter us Italy is reporting that the authorities have opened a file for Manslaughter. Apparently there was no signs of a heart attack or aneurysm.

Dont know yet but there are apparently conflicting reports from paramedics & doctors who first attended. The guys name is @tancredipalmeri if your on Twitter.

From first day there was a theory that did not include heart attack.

I can't say it on English very well but apparently he had head collision with some player few minutes before collapsing and that could caused something in his brain *here come the part I can't describe on English*

Autopsy has so far said that there is no evidence of heart attack nor aneursym.The prosecutores opened a file for manslaughter(standard).
The head physician of Pescara coronary unit,who by chance was at stadium and ran on the pitch when Morosini collapsed,said that defibrillator wasn't used,because there wasn't need,because no electric sign was coming from heart(dr.Leonardo Paloscia).
But one of paramedics who assisted on the pitch,said that it was a call from Livorno head doctor that said there wasn't need of defibrillator Paramedic also stated that Morosini was still alive in the very first minutes.
Livorno president Spinelli defended the medical staff but also said that,according to some club's people on the pitch,"there wasn't any defibrillator beside Morosini in the very first aid".
This means just one thing,so far:about Morosini death,someone is lying or at least is tragically uncorrect.Must keep an eye on this.
