morrisons a twat but an extremley gifted footballer

The only reason people go on about him is cos he is seen as a bit of a bad boy, he's nowhere near as good as people like to make out. He will end up as no more than a mid table premiership striker.

Or if he carries on his off the field 'activities' , playing for an HMP 11.:)

Weirdly I tweeted about Ravel in the last 24 hours.

I actually worked with the lad a couple or three years ago before he was as well known as he is now.

I was running some pro bono sessions for disaffected young people in Sale Moor, he attended quite a few.

I was reminded of this on Tuesday at a mates down in Manchester.

I will say one thing about him, from my experience he is not the nutter we are told he is.

In fact he was a well mannered and pleasant lad who it turns out has been too loyal to people who have no interest in him but a lot of interest in his money.

He has made some bad decisions but he has never been involved in drugs or gangs when it was far easier for him to do so than not.

I'm not here to defend the lad as he has had his scrapes, but I stand by what I originally wrote and a piece in the Mirror about him being in a car of wrong uns in 2009 at the very impressionable age of 16 is a but meh! really.

-- Wed Dec 28, 2011 6:16 pm --

Morrison is a misogynist bully boy scumbag who gets his kicks hanging around with plastic gangsters in town, throwing their weight around, swigging champagne like Happy Shopper P Diddys and being wannabe 'bad bwoys'.
His favourite hobby seems to be beating up women, whether teenage girlfriends or his own mother.
We should steer well clear of this Jeremy Kyle reject, no matter how good he may or may not be at football.

The problem is that he is still "loyal" to these people. An agent I know reckons he is still heavily involved which is why no one will touch him.

Old whisky nose would be frothing at the mouth if we nipped in for 2 of his hottest prospects I'd cream myself watching the scotch tosser go into meltdown

-- Wed Dec 28, 2011 10:50 pm --

Old whisky nose would be frothing at the mouth if we nipped in for 2 of his hottest prospects I'd cream myself watching the scotch tosser go into meltdown

Ha ha. The wife has taught Ravel. Pretty much agrees with Fbloke. Quite a nice lad although does have issues. Never showed an ounce of disrespect to the missus during the lessons she had with him and other rag scholars.

I did make the point that from my experience when he was 16 he seemed like a nice enough lad.

There's many a slip 'twixt cup and lip.

Now I am confused .............. maybe I am you fbloke!

He was 15/16 when my missus dealt with him. I trust her opinion completely. Something that can't be said of the mail or mirror.

I doubt his involvement in drugs - however, I maybe wrong to do so. If he was do you not think the club would have dealt with it? Personally i would have thought a simple solution would be to send him to a foreign feeder club (remove the guy from the environment that is leading him down the wrong path).

I worked with him at about the same time then as part of a project run in Sale Moor, I was brought in by a mate who ran a charity called Dreamcatchers who also did work for United.

He was a polite, quiet and respectful person at the time.

In fact he was the only one of the kids who, at the end of my project shook my hand and thanked me.

And you are right, the idea of him and drugs doesn't match up with the lad I knew back then.

But things can change, sadly.

From TMan (Thin man) guess who will be missing from THAT team in stretford..
he has glandular fever, out for 3 (make that 12) months apparently

Bit like FB he has a small thing.. (oops how did the th get there)

I am at a loose end at the minute.

I'm not sure how you would quantify nobody, but over 3,500 people do follow me but by comparison to Stephen Fry that is nobody I suppose.

Have you not noticed that I never really went away?

I have been posting less, thats perfectly clear, but I have popped up all over the show.

I wont bother going over old ground again as it leads nowhere does it and so I continue to use the forum as I see fit and answer to nobody other than the C o C and the team of mighty fine moderators we find here.

I hope you can you live with that unlike some? Otherwise it seems my mere presence is in danger of ruining every thread I post in.

You do tend to bring it on urself a little mate. As long as you dont begin starting 10 threads a day again I can put up with you.
