I bought The Corrs Unplugged album.
also a Roxette record when I was about 5, which I still listen to by the way.

Was it "Look Sharp"?

Because that too was the first CD ever bought for me, and yes it still gets a spin today.

Yes that really how it was written.

Special mention to Alannis Morrisette and more recetly the John Cena rap album, which isn't too bad, but the artwork is cringe worthy.

Ashes To Ashes - David Bowie.

Cringe.
fuckin classic. what's embarrasing about ashes to ashes.

On reflection I decided that it probably wasn't the most embarrassing record I've ever bought, I'm still deliberating over that one.

However, buying David Bowie records is not something I personally would be proud of.

F.A.O. the mods; this man wants barring.....NOW! That is so bad, it would drive me to Morrissey. O.K, fair enough; it's not that bad!

.

Speak for yourself. I can't think of a record I'd be least embarrassed about than Ashes to Ashes. Fantastic song.

There is nothing remotely embarrassing about the best Bowie records.
