I can`t understand how my missus over the past three years has started liking these at Christmas, after near on 60 years of her hating them.

Sprouts start off ok, but they are deceptive. It's almost as if they have a defensive mechanism like an octopus or something. Upon a bite and contact with the tongue they emit some sort of foul tasting poison.

I've been thinking about this, and I can't think of anything that I dislike. There are things I'm not a fan of, but I could still eat them. I don't particularly care for Indian food, or Italian, but I could easily sit down and eat the stuff.
