How can Nedum have a degree at his age part time?

Ned has a National diploma in business studies I believe which was probably achieved when he was part of the Academy but he also has a 1st diploma in Music Technology that he gained last year.

At 16 Dowie was rejected by Southampton and later went to the University of Hertfordshire to study for a M.Eng Degree in Engineering. On completion he became an employee of British Aerospace, whilst keeping up football at non-league level playing for Cheshunt alongside his brother Bob

well he was born in the cape verde islands where they speak portugese and then grew up in switzerland where they have several oficial languages - french, italian, german and another more local one i cant remember the name off. plus they all learn english to a high level in switzerland so it wouldnt surprise me if he was fluent in quite a few languages.

Degrees are useless. I don't go to uni with the goal of getting my "degree" in engineering, i got to learn. How else would i become an engineer? Some jobs you don't need a degree but in others, thats all that matters.
