Got to agree with the previous posters who have said Yaya Touré & David Silva.

Biggest non-City has to be Villa a snip at 35m or the non-moving of Dzeko before his buyout clause deadline.

(My opinion - yes opinion - on the Dzeko thing is that he wanted a transfer to Italy and did not want to be bought by us, and we were made aware of this. However, none of the Italian clubs could afford his get-out clause and so it passed without anyone making a bid, and now he is left high and dry as Wolfsburg are non-negotiable on the fee and the only club that can afford him does not want a player coming just so he can engineer a transfer in 1 year to his Italian club of choice at a great loss).

....Interesting, you might be onto something there, but I do recall him saying that he did want to join city, but that might have been after we signed Yaya and Silva so he had a change of heart??
