lets be glaringly obvious and say -
overrated - cold play. for the life of me i just cant work out the attraction. any band that sells there cd's at the counters of supermarkets are not bands, they are a buisiness
underrated - boards of canada. i may mention them a lot, but im shouting out to the masses on this one.

Ha never quite got them to be honest, bit too morbid for me. Though there is a tune, think its called Fade Out, which has an amazing mix that they used to play at a club night called Tangled in town.

the first two albums were good, they had something new to offer, imo. they lost their way after that and did indeed become a business.
BOC are my discovery of the year so far, i am lovin the music. when i listen to music i want to hear something new and original. definately underrated by the masses, luckily not by me.
and the videos are quality as well.
most underrated band for me is Little Barrie.
