Now that he's apparently defected to ITV I wonder who they'll get to replace him. Hope it's someone with a bit of a sense of humour like the man himself, and not some stuffy-shirt typical BBC dull-as-ditchwater presenter, like Lineker on MotD itself.

It just won't be the same without him chortling over the '2-good-2-bad' items at the end of the show.

Get rid of that K-nob that travels around, as he is about as funny as anal rape.

I liked Adrian Chiles a lot, though. He's nothing like those pretentious fuckers Hansen and Lawrenson. Hansen being the worst example of elitism I've ever heard. He uses phrases like "If you're gonny play the percentages your wide men will have to play through balls to your mid", and I always think, WTF! If a beginner to the sport was tuning into this programme he or she wouldn't have a clue what you're talking about. It's like he only does it to impress people with his knowledge of the game.

I like Chiles, decent presenter. I only really watch the City games on MOTD and then watch the rest on MOTD2 - a lot better in my opinion.

Yeah. I thought he was a knob until I started listening to him on his replacement show for Wogan. He's a good laugh. Knows nowt about football so should be a shoe in not just for the ONESHOW but MOTD2 as well.
