Atkinson didn't know that Everton weren't going to score but it was 4 vs 2 from what I remember in Everton's favour and he blows the whistle, yet he allowed the corner to be taken...

Atkinson reffing Utd and giving them time for a goal scoring chance and then blowing the whistle on the opposition is suspicious circumstances... hmmm, feel like i've been in that situation before.

Just sat here shaking my head at it. Surely it's normal to allow the attacking team to finish the passage of play.

Whistle was blew way before the chance.
The final whistle is always blown when a ball is cleared from a box up the pitch, whether it be a hoof or an attack.

Didn't think they could blow while a team were attacking. Remember in the World cup years ago Clive Thomas blew after a corner was taken and Brazil scored from the cross ad it was disallowed
