we then won't rely on one persons ability to coach/manage, it'll be the whole infrastructural that gets us the success we're going for.

Mourinho is definitely a man to bring trophy or two or three but don't see him adapting to holistic approach :)
It would basically be the same as with Mancini - 2-3 good years and then chaos.
Wouldn't be too unhappy though, it would be piss funny to watch reactions on his appointment, lol
