We might not catch the rags this season but if we carry on playing and applying ourselves as we have done the last 3 games, we cant ask much more.
Bobs biggest issue is Europe and if he gets another season, he really does have to improve our results on that front.
Mou is still the better manager for me but Bob is certainly no Hughes and you have to hand it to the guy, he tends to answer his critics in the right way and at the right time more often than not.
One swallow doesn't make a summer mate. Last 3 games we've played well against crap opposition. Today was different because Arsenal are actually a pretty good team. The sending off helped but honestly 11 v 11 I expected us to turn them over. They went down to 10 men because of how strongly we started the game.
All that being said, Mancini is Mancini and will no doubt shoot himself in the proverbial foot soon enough. It's in his DNA to act the fool ...
