Really hard to know if it's good to use daily, doesn't make much difference or can actually stain/damage teeth.

My dental hygienist doesn’t think mouthwashes do anything and wants me flossing 24/7 instead.

Corsodyl stains your teeth!! My dentist thought I was a smoker it stained them so much. He was a bit surprised when I told him it was him who told me to use it 6 months previously!!!!

Mine same about mouthwash, but rather than flossing recommended those plastic ‘toothpick’ things to put between the teeth.

Alcohol free is never the answer to anything, they should put more alcohol in it so more use it then I wouldn't have to put up with other people's waz breath
