I've actually gone to a petrol station,filled up and then realized I've got no money,and you know what,the woman behind the counter gave me the benefit of the doubt and told me to pay next time I was passing,it wasn't even a station I'd used before!
That's what should have happened with this lad,just give him the benefit of the doubt (like on "just a minute" wireless fans!). Yes he might be just trying it on, or his story might be true,either way it doesn't really warrant some fat prick giving us his Mick McManus impression.

What I'm trying to say is we ALL need to be better and act in a different,less selfish way if we really want society to improve.

i don't normally post on here but i used to catch that train during my student days and knowing how scotrail issue tickets it is palusible that he was issued two single tickets and they were both the same ticket rather than each way. in some instances two singles are cheaper than a return. if i heard it right he got on at edinburgh parkway (there is a college near there, can't remember which one though) then he story holds more water as i believe there are automatic barriers at that station, not certain on that tbf. even if he was a fare dodging scrote i can't believe the walledeyed right wing nonsense spouted by some on here, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Its people like you who forced me off this board in the first place........

Yeah I understand and yeah he shouldnt of swore an the old guy although it is probably water off a ducks back, but thats not the point.
