If thats the case or not the kid had the wrong ticket, how many times do you think this story is used to try and blag a train? Im on trains everyday and hear excuses like this. Its quite clear the difference between a single and a return, in the way you get 2 tickets instead of 1. Of course the kid has just been embarrassed on the internet so now its everyone elses fault
But mistakes DO get made; it's happened to me several times due to the incompetence of a lot of rail staff. He's quite adamant that CCTV footage and transaction records will back up his assertion that he bought two singles.

If that's the case, he didn't deserve to have some fat-fucker hero steam into him so he could get his moment of glory.

And, I accpet that things may have changed in the 10 years since I last had the misfortune of using British trains, but returns always used to be two tickets, not one.
If indeed it is a fuck up though and he has no money he still cant stay on the train like he is trying to do. Nobody can back the story up, if he can prove it then im sure he will be reimbursed. I was sold a wrong ticket once and was chucked off the train, luckily i had money brought the correct one and got on the next train. Within a week i was given £100 as an apology after a written complaint

No it's people like you with your,"Fucking batter any little shit who stops me getting my fish fingers on time" attitude who cause all these problems. Your attitude is just as selfish and me,me,me as the lad who was trying to dodge his fare!

Fuck the snide ,jobsworth, wanna be piggy, train guard for trying to turn the whole carriage on to the lad rather than dealing with it himself.

Fuck the "Big Man",he's nowt but a bully and by the size of his gut he hasn't seen his cock in years so needs to act tough to feel good about himself!

Fuck the snivelling little shits who are filming this. They are the worst of the lot in these sorts of clips,(and a true sign of how messed up society really is) never saying a word, not thinking about the people involved, just thinking about the you tube hits. The sort of people who would sit back and film someone being kicked to death in the hope that their poxy clip might get a few "Likes"!

And fuck everyone in that carriage too,not one offered to do what I myself have done in a similar situation and just buy the lad a ticket!

Not hard is it,everyone in the carriage stump up 20p and pay for him. The boy is humbled by kindness(probably the first he's been shown for some time)No one gets manhandled or treated like scum and every fucker gets home in time for Hamish McBeth!

Now that would be the sign of a great and good country!

I actually agree with the filming it bit, i have had a situation like that myself.
The highlighted bit though, im pretty sure you could be 100% certain that the kid is just trying to blag it so why on earth should everyone else pay for his ticket. Imagine if that did happen i would just get on the train without a ticket all the time "fuck it everyone else can pay" attitude that enough people in this country already have. Also having a go at an old man for having a job on the trains, are you for real, maybe he should just give up and get on the benefits rather than having some pride and doing a job that no one would really want to do. Its quite clear that its a criminal offence to travel without a valid ticket no matter whos fault it is. You wouldn't just go to a petrol station fill your car up and then ask everyone on the forecourt to chip in towards it because you didn't have the money to buy it

I've actually gone to a petrol station, filled up and then realized I've got no money, and you know what, the woman behind the counter gave me the benefit of the doubt and told me to pay next time I was passing,it wasn't even a station I'd used before!
That's what should have happened with this lad, just give him the benefit of the doubt (like on "just a minute" wireless fans!). Yes he might be just trying it on, or his story might be true, either way it doesn't really warrant some fat prick giving us his Mick McManus impression.

What I'm trying to say is we ALL need to be better and act in a different, less selfish way if we really want society to improve.

Be Patterns,be examples, don't be fucking brainless sheep!

Now that shocks the hell out of me i used my local petrol station and i had to leave my drivers licence, not sure what difference that makes as they already have the number plate on there system. Is it not a bit selfish for that lad to hold everyone up when he knows he has the wrong ticket, he is old enough to look after himself

As soon as he swore at the guard his time was up ................ its a zero tolerance and rightly so ............... if he hadn't swore at the guard then your argument and comments hold merit.

Of course he should face charges. You can't go around literally throwing people off trains onto concrete platforms.

If the lad didn't pay for a ticket, he's an idiot, but people can't go around behaving like vigilantes, no matter how fat they are.
Fuck that being held up when trying to get home because some kid thinks its alright to be a ****. The bloke wasnt trying to kill him or rape the shit he just wanted to get home. Its people like him and people like you that stick up for these nob jockeys that cause the problems we now cant solve

Restoring the faith. Shalom

Why the fuck should everyone else in the carriage pay for the scrote's ticket?
Not only are they being delayed by this c****, you believe they should also end up out of pocket as well?
You think the majority of decent people who bought a ticket should reward this gobshite for his bad behaviour?
Do me a favour.
Whatever happened to personal responsibility?
The twat in the hat was symptonatic of the 'do what I want' culture in this country. He probably knows all of his rights. but chooses to ignore his responsibilities.
He wnted to be treated as an adult, so why didn't he behave like one?
He was trying it on, he thought he could act the big man to an old bloke with white hair and specs and his bluff was called.

It appears that this scrote ''Had been drinking'' according to his father and he wants the bloke prosecuted for slinging his little darling off the train. Effing and blinding at the conductor in full view of all on the train and refusing to pay is apparently alright for some on here. Pandering to creeps like this only makes them behave in the same manner, I for one am glad at what happened, he make think about his actions in future.

Maybe the lad is being selfish, maybe not,we know nothing of the situation really,we know nothing of the lad. I will say this though,it takes some balls to stay put like he did, more balls than "Fat Man" has, that's for sure!

The only guy holding everyone up is the guard,he doesn't have to stop the train,he chooses too.He could let the whole thing go,he chooses not too.He could ring the pigs, who could get on at the next station,he doesn't,or he could stand back and let some balloon pretend to be Rambo. I'm sure that's what ScotRail company policy is in this situation!

Yeah, that was my mistake. I misunderstood what you were saying.

His story is that he asked for a return, was told that two singles would be cheaper and was then given two singles for the SAME journey. Now this might be bullshit or it might be true. Either way, I don't think fatty should have done what he did and if he gets charged with assault he can't really have any complaints.

Its zero tolerance, as I said he made the mistake of swearing at the guard. That in itself is a public order offence.

Had a similar situation a couple of weeks ago at Piccadilly, the guard called the police as a lad who had swore at him would not leave the train. The train was held up for 25 minutes and people were late for flights etc.. The police duly arrived and the lad was arrested for public order offence.

The train guard is doing his job correctly. The train is already stationary on the platform so why would they travel to the next station to get him off. Why does it take balls to stay put when you know your stronger than an old man. If the guard had been a 6 foot shaven headed monster the boy would of shat it and got off but he thinks the old guy is an easy target
