Movie Discussion Thread | Upcoming Releases etc..

So this AI film making question has been on my mind all day.

Here's what I found to varying levels of successful AI rendering.

Some of it had me confused as to what was 'real' or not, but apparently none of it is. I think there must be overlay on a couple, cos the details are scary...

How close are we getting to AI cinema...??

Very close. I wish I could be as good at playing as this guy. But it probably takes a lot of practice, and I didn't have much of that luxury in the past. Now that I have https://academized.com/write-my-personal-statement , I can finally spend more time on my hobbies. Their help has been invaluable, allowing me to offload some of my academic stress and focus on the activities I truly enjoy. Whether it's playing an instrument, sports, or any other passion, having this extra time makes a world of difference.

What production company is it?

I can't see it being mainstream. Mr Dafoe, it seems, has moved away from standard Hollywood fare.

Makes me wonder what other film of that era can be successfully remade/ refashioned for the modern market.
Studio 8 apparently
Same director as Northmen the viking film which had quite a large budget if memory serves

Metropolis made with today's SFX.
The Great Dictator.
Battleship Potemkin.
The Passion of Joan of Arc.
Citizen Kane set in the near future.
High Noon.
Night of The Hunter.
The Sword of Doom.
