Moving on

Any ideas how we are doing with moving on some of the surplus players e.g. Adebayor, Santa Cruz, Wayne Bridge to name just three.

Adebayor could be a part player in a move to Spurs - is it looking likely he would take a lower salary to help make that happen?

Is John Williams from Blackburn still with us? Didn't he come in to help move some of our players out?

Important that the Club clears some of the players who are not going to play for us so we can release funds for incoming players and to promote from our youth.

Real Betis wants to keep Santa Cruz but I think QPR might be looking at this one. Keep an eye on Spurs though there is meant to be a little friction between Levy and Harry, I am sure the Spurs posters on here can shed a bit more light. Bridge we might have to keep him as no-one is prepared to pay his wages.

I think adebayor will be sold he already said he wants to stay wit spurs and he has them in his heart and I recently read he wud consider taking less wages..but honestly I can't imagine too much less

I can see Bridge being loaned out again to anyone who might be willing to pay maybe half his wages. I can't necessarily blame Bridge for seeing out his contract, nobody wants to volunteer for a pay cut.

Adebayor, wouldn't be suprised to see him loaned out again with buyers being put off by his huge wages.

Santa Cruz I think may be finally gone this summer.

Adebayor will not take a wage cut. Too arrogant to do that.

I remember reading in the Daily Mirror not long ago that Southampton and Reading were interested in Bridge.
