It was such a shit 'top secret' code though.

They used to announce it every fecking game virtually and everyone knew that it was bullshit. Eventually people started cheering it a bit.

I used to steward the away fans at maine road when I was schoolin in leeds and could not afford a ticket. it means the high security incident is now over - usually meant someone had claimed their lost bag, which they thought was a bomb.

can remember jack richards (head of security) coming on the tannoy at half time saying 'would the steward who is sat down in the kippax get up and do his job' i think that got a cheer or two.

some great memories from the 3-4 years i did it.
