Turn that on it's head, if (as he claimed) he's ashamed to have been part of an organisation that is guilty of the biggest miscarriage of justice in legal history would he still want to work for it?Still employed by them - WHY.
Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil - what an absolute slimy weasel he is.
His current role is head of legal remediation, he claims that since 2022 he has no part in the compensation scheme but given his role it's hard to believe he doesn't advise on it.
Call me a cynic but having watched his testimony he doesn't strike me as someone that would want to compensate SPMR's appropriately.
He was also part of the failed mediation scheme in 2013 and advised counsel in the common issues civil action trial (Bates and others V post office) in 2019, surely that is a conflict of interests?
