Mrs Vienna - Lesley Anne Berry - R. I. P

I’ve just read through the entire thread again, and it has left me in floods of tears (again). There are so many heart-warming messages. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The contributors to Bluemoon really are the best.

@Mad Eyed Screamer, yes Lesley really enjoyed our time together and riding around on the golf cart. It was a lovely day.

We - myself and Lesley’s children - have decided that we will not have a funeral service as such. She will be cremated, in line with her wishes. We are holding a celebration of her life on her birthday - 25th October - in York, which is where she lived, before she met me.

You are all very welcome to come along, but we would like to know in advance, so that we have some idea of the numbers we should cater for.

Once again, thank you all so very much for your sympathy and support.
We did the same with m Ma. No funeral and had a big familee partee which we all thoroughl enjoed and i'm so glad we did it like that.

I will be with you in spirit, my friend.

So very sorry to belatedly learn of your very sad news.

You can reflect on happy times and the joy that you gave to each other,

RIP Mrs Vienna.

Hi V, Such sad news buddy but take heart in the fact that you will see her again...

Them clouds up there give our dearly departed City fans a great view, Let's hope Erling gets a hattrick for her against Arsenal.:)

I bet she’s up there with her Dad, in the fifth stand.

The only problem they might have is that she always stood on the Kippax, whereas, he preferred to sit in the main stand.
