Made me hungry reading this. I'm off to the chippy, I'll have to ask for a roll though as in yorkshire they don't know what a Barm is.

Ingredients
* 1 Lancashire Oven Bottom Muffin™
* 1 fried egg
* 2 rashers of grilled bacon
* Handful of grilled button mushrooms
* Ketchup or brown sauce
* 1 cup of tea
1. Split the muffin in half and butter each half
2. Top the bottom half with the grilled bacon
3. Place the grilled mushrooms and fried egg on top of the bacon
4. Add a big dollop of Ketchup or brown sauce
5. Place the top half of the muffin on top and serve
6. Sip tea as required
