Played golf on Saturday morning and went in golf club for lunch, ordered a Steak and onion muffin and basket of chips, anyhow barstaff lady shouts through to kitchen " one steak barm and a basket of chips" i tell her its a muffin and all hell breaks loose as debate starts in clubhouse, it was very funny......


Muffin won the day!!!!!

A Couple of weeks ago my lad was playing the Reddish and district u8s football league at Wright Robinson school in Gorton when i went to the cafe whilst they were warming up. I said to the woman sausage muffin please she says to her colleague sausage barm no love muffin not barm she said we call em barms in Gorton cue heated discussion amongst the rest of the Queue. MUFFINs won of course
