Munich meet up

I think we should just pick a tent at the Oktoberfest and pile in. Carnage guaranteed and you can sit outside the tent if the weather is good.

Thats what us lot are doing.

Do they do anything other than lager at the Oktoberfest? Wife's more of a cider drinker so might have to sneak a bottle of JD in or something.

Most tents just serve beer but you can find places that sell wine & schnapps. Look out for the Weinzelt (wine tent) for a glass of plonk.

Could we make this thread a sticky please mods?

This place is a great starting point and a decent location, could be difficult to get loads of blues into tents hence why a garden is a good start point.
English garden is also a top drinking spot IMO.

Would be great if we all met up.
