There'll be a problem with truancy if this is being taught.

Some truly fantastic musicians in P-Funk.Eddie Hazel in particular was a phenomenal guitarist, and his ten minute long guitar solo is one of the most brilliant pieces of guitar work ever recorded.Michael Hampton - the guy that replaced him - was a fine musician in his own right, too.

And Johnny Bristol was just one of several outstanding songwriters associated with Motown.Did some damn fine work with Tavares, too:

The music I've played down the years my youngest as taken a liking to some thankfully,I sing along like a screaming cat when I can hear him playing some cds like the jam, clash specials, beat plus some others, 70s early 80s funk n disco, a bit of soul I've even seen a harold mlyven and bluenotes and a stylistics cd when I've looked through to throw something different in the car. He does have something from most stlyes I don't even mind when he turns it up a little.

When he puts his favourite rap on or that d step he gets a swift shout upstairs of turn that shite down though.

All modern music is crap. Its all X Factor and manufactured bands that couldnt write a good original song if their life depended on it.
I stopped listening to the "in" stuff as soon as I heard Stock ,Aitken , Waterman pump out the same shite , song after song.
My daughters were brought up on Otis Redding , Sam Cooke , Aretha Franklin , Marvin Gaye etc.
Although they have still developed their own musical tastes , they still love all the above.

Tosspot, you surprise me. I always assumed you were completely devoid of having any taste in music, as you strongly dislike the Clash, and seemingly adore M. Jackson. You have just proved me wrong by posting links to the brilliant Grant Lee Buffalo. Nice work.
