MVF 23, we dont forget

We hung our scarves and our banners round, we lay our flowers before the ground,
So sad that he had gone, but now the legends have begun,
Because strange to say one thing more, he was the last of our players to score,
And Maine Road opened in 23. what was his number don't you see
Its almost like it was meant to be.
And now Marc Vivien Foe has gone Cameroons favourite son, can you hear Africa cry, the lion never dies.
Now I hear Manchester cry, the lion never dies.

Jesus crying like a baby after reading that. Great post.

RIP Marc, we'll always remember you.

RIP big man.

Was my favourite player. I remember i'd just got in from footy training and was watching a film with my girlfriend (now ex) and my Dad phoned me and told me what happened. I couldn't take it in but after about ten minutes i started crying.

I along with every other blue will never forget Marc-Vivien Foe.
